Manufacturing
support
Help our customers select the right supplier that matches their ethical and quality standards, negotiate prices, and close deals. We take into consideration;
- Suppliers’ past performances
- Reputation and ethical standards
- The evolution of their facilities, staff, and social compliance.
We also arrange our customer’s visits and accompany them to the suppliers’ factories.
Product
development
Manage the product development, sampling, and handle our customers’ comments and requirements to suppliers.
Quality
control
Monitor the order process with the suppliers step by step to ensure smooth communications, Follow-up, and keep a critical eye on the customer’s requirements of products during production to ensure accuracy and quality standard.
Our quality team conduct regular visits to the factories during production to ensure that the quality and specifications align with our customer’s order and standards.
When the order is complete and ready to be shipped, our quality team handle the final inspection and coordinates with a third-party Final Random Inspection (FRI) if needed.
Logistical
arrangement
Manage shipping and logistics based on the agreement.
We communicate and work with our costumer’s Import Department and their forwarding agents to ensure timely shipments. That includes checking and tracking shipping documents, managing the freight process, and coordinating information between all parties involved, to reduce unnecessary delays and penalty charges.
